ive edited this picture and i wanted to make shape of the peacock feather eye stand out so i use (sillyily lol) an ellipse select tool to go round the shape so i could edit the contrast on the peacock eye but now im left with an oval circle in the picture and it looks kinda silly please look at the photo and let me know what i should do to alter it or what i should have done so i know in future thanks very much
